N152-FZ On Personal Data I hereby give my consent freely, by my own will and within my interests to TGK LOGISTICS, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) to process my personal data I specified when signing in and/or sending an application for an offer or advertising information using an online form on the Operator's website (https://en.tgk.aero) (hereinafter referred to as the Website). This form is filled in and sent through the Website. For the purpose of this consent personal data are any kind of information related to me as a personal data owner, including: my surname, name, patronymic name, ID details, date of birth, contact details (home/cell/office phone number, e-mail address).

I agree that processing my personal data the Operator is entitled to collect, record, categorize, accumulate, analyse, use, extract, distribute, transmit (provide them or access to them), obtain, process, store, update (specify, change), depersonalize, block, delete, exterminate my personal data by handling data bases in an automated, mechanical or manual manner. I give my consent to receive advertising and informative materials from the Operator through SMS and e-mail using my phone number and/or e-mail address that I provided on the Operator's Website. I am familiar to the fact that this personal data processing and advertising subscription consent is unlimited in duration and can be revocated. A revocation should be made as an application in writing and sent to the Operator by regular mail. The envelope should include a cover note with the list of enclosures or handed in to the Operator's authorized representative personally against his signature acknowledging the receipt. This Policy defines the procedures for personal data processing for TGK LOGISTICS (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) to ensure the personal data are safe.

2. Basic Terms of the Policy

Personal Data Extermination is any actions that result in irreversible elimination of the personal data making it impossible to further recover the content of the personal data in the personal data information system and (or) these actions can result in extermination of physical media these personal data are stored in.

3. The Operator has the right to process the following data of the User

1. Surname, first name, patronymic name (if any);
2. E-mail;
3. Phone numbers;
4. The website also collects and processes depersonalized data of visitors (incl. cookie) using Internet Statistics Tools such as Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, etc.
5. All the listed above Politics are connected through the single term Personal Data.

3. Depersonalized data of the Users are collected with Internet Statistics Tools. These data allow to collect information about Users' activities on the website in order to improve the website and its content.

5. Legal Framework of Personal Data Processing

1. The Operator processes the User's personal data solely if they have been filled in and/or sent by the User themselves through special forms on the website https://en.tgk.aero. By filling in the associated forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator the User expresses their consent to comply with this Policy.
2. The Operator process depersonalized data of the User, solely if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (cookie saving is on and JavaScript is used).

6. Procedures for Collecting, Storing, Transmitting and Otherwise Processing of Personal Data

Safety of the personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through compliance with the legal, organizational and technical procedures required to conform to the applicable legislation protecting the personal data.

1. The Operator is to make sure that the personal data are secure and to do their utmost to prevent unauthorized access to the personal data.
2. The User's personal data should never ever be forwarded to third parties except for the cases when it is prescribed by the applicable legislation.
3. If there is a discrepancy in the personal data the User has the right to update the data themselves by sending the Operator a corresponding notification using the Operator's e-mail address sales@tgk.aero. The Subject of the e-mail should be Updating Personal Data.
4. The term of personal data processing in unlimited. The User can anytime relocate their Personal Data Processing Consent by sending the Operator a corresponding notification using the Operator's e-mail address sales@tgk.aero. The Subject of the e-mail should be Revocation of the Personal Data Processing Consent.

7. Personal Data Transborder Transmission

1. Before initiating the personal data transborder transmission the Operator is to make sure that the state where the personal data are supposed to be transmitted to will ensure the proper protection of the personal data owners' rights.
2. Personal data transborder transmission to states that fail to comply with the requirements stated above should be performed only subject to the personal data owner's written consent to have their personal data transmitted overseas and/or pursuant to a contract the personal data owner is a Party in.

8. Final Provisions

1. The User should be able to obtain any explanation regarding the issues they are interested in in relation to their personal data processing. These data should be obtained through sending the Operator an e-mail via their e-mail address sales@tgk.aero.
2. This document will contain any changes to the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy.
